Cancellation Policy

For society or visitor groups, if you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play you will be entitled to a refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Refunds will take a few days to reach your account.
Visitor Terms and Conditions
For smaller groups if cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your date of play you will be entitled to a refund.
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your date of play, there will be a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend or you can move it to an alternative date subject to availability.
Payment

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Competition Eligibility

- Members only competitions are restricted to members of St. Helen’s Bay Golf Club.
- Open Competitions are restricted to members of recognised golf clubs with a full WHS Handicap.
- Casual golfers and golfers who are not members of recognised golf clubs may play casual golf upon paying the appropriate green fee. They may also participate in Golf Society competitions, golf classics and other events organised by outside bodies. However they are not entitled to play in St. Helen’s Bay club organised events taking place on the same day.
