Open Competitions 2026
Throughout our golfing year we host open competitions every Wednesday and every weekend with a few noted exceptions when we host member only competitions. A full list of open competitions for 2026 will be made available in Spring 2026 so please keep an eye here for updates and download our calendar for the dates you wish to visit. Please note our Summer Series, run throughout the summer, is open to visitors and full details on this are found in the news section of the website.
Major events for 2026 include the following:
Seniors Open one Wednesday a month between April and September 2026
Self Storage Summer Series hosted on 10 Wednesdays from May to August 2026
Festival of Golf from the 25th July to the 9th August 2026.

Competition Eligibility
Please note that the following eligibility rules apply to all competitions organised by St. Helen’s Bay Golf Club:

Competition Eligibility
Please note that the following eligibility rules apply to all competitions organised by St. Helen’s Bay Golf Club:
- Members only competitions are restricted to members of St. Helen’s Bay Golf Club.
- Open Competitions are restricted to members of recognised golf clubs with a full WHS Handicap.
- Casual golfers and golfers who are not members of recognised golf clubs may play casual golf upon paying the appropriate green fee. They may also participate in Golf Society competitions, golf classics and other events organised by outside bodies. However they are not entitled to play in St. Helen’s Bay club organised events taking place on the same day.
